[Hopae Inc.] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a company that provides Hopae.GG service in the Republic of Korea and establishes the following Terms of Use for its customers.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for the use of all services provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the Hopae.GG service provided by the Company and all support services necessary to provide it to customers.
  2. "User" refers to all members and non-members who use the Company's services.
  3. "Minor" refers to members under the age of 14.
  4. "Legal Representative" refers to a person who can exercise legal rights on behalf of a minor.
  5. "E-Sports Tournament" refers to events related to E-Sports that are hosted by or affiliated with the Company.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms of Use)

  1. These Terms shall take effect upon notification to users.
  2. The Company may change these Terms when necessary, and the changed Terms shall take effect after notification.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Services)

  1. The Company provides various services to users.
  2. The Company may add or change the content of services and shall notify users of such changes. These changes may include content related to E-Sports tournaments.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend service provision in the following cases:

  1. Maintenance or replacement of facilities
  2. Force majeure reasons such as natural disasters
